Julia is an Ayurvedic Health & Lifestyle Advisor and yoga teacher. She was first introduced to Ayurveda during her Yoga Teacher Training in 2013.

Ever since she has been drawn to the holistic system in which body, mind and soul are integrated to create a balanced life. She is a passionate and spirited practitioner, who uses the wisdom of Ayurveda in her yoga classes. She is a full time teacher and Lifestyle Advisor, with the aim of helping you discover your true nature by integrating softness and strength to balance yin and yang. Her goal is to make Ayurveda more accessible for everyone and to share this wonderful and world’s oldest holistic healing system with the world. 

​Julia sees Yoga and Ayurveda as a mirror that continuously shows her different sides of herself over and over again proving that everything is constantly changing. By introducing you to the wisdom of Ayurveda she hopes to help you to connect with self-love and contentment through a deeper knowledge of your own body and mind.
